I'm tryna keep a chin up I don't officially know anything yet. I have heard from a little bird about how things are going to be a bit different. One position gone definitely, probably two. Who that will be is still unclear. I need a fucking magic 8 ball. Apparently the commish sent an email to our CEOs last night at 10pm. When we found that out this afternoon, I made my director his sup, she went to track down the CEO. The CEO said, "I didn't get the email. Maybe it'll come tomorrow." Like email takes 48 hours? Does he know to refresh????? Oh, no, it's not important...don't worry, we don't need to know anything....take your time....fuckers. I did hear that those who are laid off will have until the end of July. You know, to train people. >:P

I am guessing I dodged a bullet.... it's a small, one attorney office and he didn't even have the courtesy to interview me himself and required a writing sample, which I produced promptly. I take it that he has been through x people in x months. What a creep.

Guess what????? After sending the rejection, they posted yet another ad. They are lowballing, so that may be why I didn't get it.
