'bout the same thing here. By law, its done every 10 years and I would probably be a 'field worker' going house to house confirming the data collected. And yes, the pay is pretty good, especially for a temporary job.

I've done election counts in the past Worked until around 2 - 3am,the pay was a nice little extra.

All of the above... well, except for the LoLcats a little math, some reading, organizational and clerical skills, hypotheticals and supervisory know-how. It was kinda like taking the SATs. smartyharrts... heh heh
