*fumes* Please do this: Go to OR (I used the first one) EVEN IF you have antivirus on and running. Download one of the free cleaners and scan your system. I run a top notch antivirus and was infuckingfected.. I suspect our spammer pals since it is image based. NEVER open one of those without turning off images. I didn't always turn them off. Scan your systems please, asap. I got notice of this from a 3rd party that something I use was shut off because of it. Thank goodness they told me. These two above free software downloads detects it. I used the top one.

What do you do with the different machines? Which do you like best do you have a go to machine or whatever is on atm? and whatever else you feel like saying about computer os's and stuff?

It is part of my work the need to have different machines and different OS (I am a software qa engineer). Linux rocks Im comfortable with XP Vista sucks ass Mac is stable and growing on me daily. It bugs how proprietary everything Apple is though. It is like having an insecure GF

I hear you with the insecure GF and apple analogy. Have you tried Microsoft 7 yet? I have not but it looks promising. Do you work with specific types of software? If you were to recommend a book... that someone new to linux must have what would it be? You can not answer anything/time you do not feel comfortable answering.
