Oh my sisters... tonight, I took the plunge. I bought a neti pot. Who wants to join me in a group Kumbaya??

Ahh Congrats, I lurve mine except on those days that I don’t get all the water out and I bend over hours later only to have a small stream of water pour out my nose.

Don't use a neti pot but I love my squirt bottle Dr Ayr Soothing Sinus Rinse Kit. Yah!

I have one similar. My partner uses the neti and is always snorting and coughing. I like the one I have because I can just bend over the sink, hold it straight up and it flushes easily. Note to iwt: you need the saline to avoid the burn :) Menthol is just wrong!

For those of us who are a little less coordinated, the advice I recieved was good: First couple of times you use it, use it in the shower. Not while dressed in nice clothes for work.

Yea, I saw a menthol variety and avoided it. My nasal tissues don't need to be assaulted like that.
