Monday afternoon question If your relationship was pretty solid with your SO but they decided they really just wanted vanilla (after having engaged in low level kink for a few years) - would it be a deal breaker? I know there are a lot of factors but I guess where I'm going with this is kink in general a need for you or just a want? I ask because I have a friend in a situation that makes me curious what others would do given these circumstances. Personally I don't think I could stay if our sex life wasn't in sync - luckily my hubby is kinker than an 80's perm so I feel pretty damn lucky.

There is more to my relationship than sex So yes I would stick around even if kink was no longer an option. Now I might toss out the idea of having an open relationship so the person wanting kink can get it on the side.

I would accept it. I don't think it would be easy but I would learn to adjust.

Well knowing what I know about myself now I probably wouldn't get into a relationship (at least long term) if it wasn't pretty clear from early on that we shared complimentary interests/kinks. Its pretty important to me.

there are probably too many to list google one or more of the following topics: "extended ascii character sets" "html text codes" "ampersand codes" There's often multiple ways to create the same effect. Note also that many effects like html text codes may be combined.
