Ummm no they cant. I will be as bold as to say a WOMAN regardless of her looks is easier to get sex than a man. Why? Plumbing, plain and simple. To sound totally sexist, a woman simply has to offer. A man somewhere will take her up on it. Men, if they dont have a "A" game? Its a LOT harder.
