In other hocake financial news I cashed in on a cablevision promotion by threatening to switch to verizon. $30 off every month for the next 2 years. booyah. and doubled my text plan for $5, strong armed into them into crediting my overages for the last two months, and throwing in unlimited verizon-verizon texting. AT&T had a good promotion this month, and verizon hasn't got me under contract. That's when they're ready to deal. Called the property manager and I'm getting a new bathroom floor next week, too.
