no its not. its progressive until the middle class. then it becomes regressive. high taxes come with loopholes that are valid only for the rich. the middle class should revolt.

don't forget the poor rich those who have to pay the alt tax and who don't own a company and therefore can't add all sorts of deductions.

that's my point it's even worse on the lower class, because their tax load in a much higher percentage of their income (after covering the necessities like rent/water/electricity/transportation), so much so that they have absolutely no chance to save anything.

lower 50% of americans dont pay taxes. lower class have no tax burden. their only bruden are expenses out of line with their income and this major guilt trip amongst americans that everyone should get the same facilities whether you are rich or poor. you should get same opportunities noit the same facilities.

look, i feel for the lower class but not when it comes to taxes. the poor get subsidized as they should.

I am talkiing about individual corporations can get away from all sorts of deducitons and for the fact that you are taxed on ur final net income(and thus can spend a lot to reduce that tax burden).
