Its kind of quiet. So heres a kink related question. When you feel like you are having a drop, i.e. depression or whatever you want to it, after a scene... what is your method for dealing?

oh i think that it's a natural reaction to energy balancing itself i get so high, i am bound to see a low for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction it can be minimized by proper after care,sometimes

Depletion of neurotransmitters Could be part of it, I suspect it is not the only thing

TOO quiet. Well, no, it isn't, but I just wanted to say that. For me? Talking with friends (where 'talking' can be emailing or chatting or in person or on the phone). Or going for a ride.

I know you mean horses... but a good motorcycle ride heals the heart... so does nature. Put them together and you will find a big wide crooked grin on my face after not too long.

I'm glad you don't mean to put a horse and a motorcycle together. But I know what you mean--I've only been a passenger on a motorcycle, but I loved it. And the nature part is great too--best are when I can take the horse out on trails through the woods. Walking/hiking is good too, but if you're really down, sometimes that's too much time to think or brood, if you know what I mean. If you're responsible for a horse, you don't let yourself be distracted.

There was a time when I dealt with things through extremity. Have a drop of some sort... go sky diving... base jumping... something to frighten myself and reconnect... get that adrenaline pumping.

It definitely helps. There is no cure but time.
