fat people problems? why do fat people choose to use surgery or diet pills to lose weight instead of just exercise and diet? cold you date some one who used surgery to lose weight?

It's what they want to do Sure, why not? I'd far prefer that than to try to spend time with a judgemental asshole.

It's quicker & easier. Exercise & diet takes a lot of time, discipline, patience & (a different kind of) sacrifice. Yeah.

thats what comes to mind you don't have to exercise for long to lose weight. so i always assume a lack of discipline, patience and dedication.

You may not have to exercise for long (in regards to minutes/hours per day), but you do have to maintain the routine for a great amount of time for the effects to stay.

unless the person has tried exercise and eating right and has failed, i don't really think surgery is the way to go. i know someone who had her stomach tied or whatever and she wasn't even all that overweight and i also don't think she tried losing weight prior. i wonder how doctors gave the green light without her trying to lose weight before.

exactly i know someone in the exact same position. it baffles me.

it baffles me, too. but people make decisions that they think best suits them. but the thing is... so, they get the surgery done without having set up a new eating and exercise lifestyle, aren't they more likely to gain the weight back? to each their own. i'm not judging anyone but i think there's some logic missing when someone jumps right into surgery when there are other methods to handle the issue.
