hmmmfirst go outside ,
on a rooftop maybe, w a glass of wine, perhaps, watch the sunset there's some emotions smell the wine, feel the effort the grapes gave to you, the scent, the sweet, the subtle nuances... is there any nature anywhere? sit. smell the wind. look at the leaves looking at you, shading you, whispering to you... buy a bunch of flowers. put in your room. Open up windows, let light in. Light improves mood. Put in yellow or peach or red drapes. these are warm uplift mood colors- blue can tone down a mood - one already in need of a lift can get depressed w blue. Lighten. Can you paint where you live? try painting a room Italianate butter yellow/ cream/peach. Try wearing reds, (love/passion color) yellows, orange/peach/whites...really, try these things, see what happens & i want you to write back. Small changes can bring changes. You need change.
