I think she meant her bf insists on a female piercer, not insists on the piercing *shrug* I have no opinion about either her piercing or her bf.

Good catch, nushka... I really didn't read it that way. In any case, I have no opinion other than this decision should be solely her own (including the service provider) and thoroughly researched in a number of ways within her local area as opposed to an international website.

But don't you always ask the internet when you have questions about ... down there?

Seriously? I may be "off" today, likely due to "foster kitty management fatigue" but I research the internet primarily as a means of securing general information. When doing so, what I watch for are self-serving pharmaceutical/professional service sites or blogs designed to promote a specific bias. After that, I investigate the local options which often include personal visits. Even though that's my practice, I think it's a good one for others to follow. On the other hand, if you're joking... please forgive my blathering response. ;-)

It was a joke, but a rather pale and anemic one. How old's your kitty? They are exhausting, that's their job!

Ziggy is (maybe) x weeks old... but I'm thinking more like x weeks old and not fully up to being able to totally enjoy a solid kitty food diet quite yet. Due to her weight, the shelter is holding off on all vaccinations until this weekend (assuming she can reach x.x pounds by then). We'll see. In the meantime, El Cee (my bounding two year old) keeps bringing in all of her HUGE toys and comiy fails at herding Ziggy around the house. Ziggy is definitely earning her name and moves like lightning but she is slowly making friends with her big sister. Bottom line, I'm glad Ziggy is with us. She needed a loving home and I needed the distraction.

I could really go either way on this
