Good to hear You and I are experiencing the same thing. I have the same rule.

yeah my hope is that i will always wait it out and will be able to stand it until the feelings pass so far so good good luck i really do tend to think eventually i will have at least 1 depression free day in this life somehow if i keep going man its tough

nothing can be that bad

well it has nothing to do with circumstance i have some illness and i dont understand it at all but i am still winning some how

it rarely does it's like how a person will have an overall bad day.. and they'll randomly flip out on somebody for doing something very minor (like bumping into them while walking down the street)

i'm glad you are feeling good maybe you should find someone who can help you with this? it would be great for you to be able to enjoy life at its fullest

supportive family friends and therapy not sure what additional help i could have but i suppose there is always something

Good job. Waiting a while does work. At least long enough to 'tie up loose ends', and then the worst feelings may pass.

have you seen a doctor? Maybe bi-polar disorder.

or just depression some bipolars never have "depressive" episodes

recurring depression is also bi-polar you just never get the benefit of the manic phase.
